SHIPPING POLICY
We ship your order with PostNL and will package it as best as possible and do our utmost to have your order delivered to your mailbox within 3 to 5 days.
We ship heavier or expensive items with Track & Trace.
So you can choose from three options: standard shipping, shipping with track & trace, or pickup! The pickup address is in Leiden. More information will follow once you select pickup when placing your order.
If, against all expectations, a delay occurs due to a third party, we cannot accept any responsibility for this.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
Of course, you can return the stickers if they do not meet your expectations.
However, we do have some rules that the return shipment must comply with:

1. The stickers must not be used or damaged.
2. The stickers must be returned in the original packaging.
3. Returns must be made within 7 days.
4. Let us know by email info@diabeetje.nl that you want to return it and why.
5. Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned items. This can take approximately 10 days. To process this quickly, we would appreciate receiving your name and IBAN by email.
6. You must return the order in its entirety.
7. The return costs are for your own account.
